Debt Harassment Relief
About Debt Harassment Relief
An independent educational publication about debt-collection communications and the federal rules behind them.
Scope and limits
Debt Harassment Relief publishes under its own masthead. It explains the FDCPA and Regulation F using public primary sources. It is not a law firm, does not assess individual disputes, and offers no representation or intake.
Automation and accountability
Automation assists with research, drafting, source comparison and technical checks. The process can miss controlling cases, amendments or factual distinctions. It is not attorney review, a comprehensive citator or a guarantee of accuracy. Internal review records are not independent public endorsements.
Sources and corrections
Guides link their sources and identify review dates. Material corrections belong in the public corrections log with the affected page, change and date. There is no public submissions channel at launch; no response service is promised.
